• Deliverables created specifically for clients will be transferred upon full payment

• Clients retain ownership of their proprietary data and information

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
• Clients are responsible for their own business decisions based on our recommendations

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
